All of Be Strong is welcome to join this Classic Back Yard Bash at the State Fair! Athletes can sign up to compete in Max Lifting Bench and Deadlift (either both or just one event)!

Our CrossFitters are strong enough to be highly competitive lifters in this event! This event is for FUN. Let's get hyped and lift heavy together!

• Max reps bodyweight bench/65% BW Females
• Push pull; DL only, BP only, Body weight max reps bench (65% for females)
• Weight classes
• Age divisions
• No federation
• No singlet required
• Event registration only $40
• Weigh-in/check- in 9:30 AM
• Competition begins at 11 AM
