OWNER | HEAD COACH

COACH DREW

As a former Army Staff Sergeant and two-time Combat Veteran, focusing that same level of dedication and passion into CrossFit was an easy next step for Be Strong Owner, Drew Whitted. 

Drew holds the title of a CrossFit Level3 Certified Trainer, is a Healthy Steps Nutrition certified nutrition coach, and is a Certified Functional Strength Coach, including thirteen other CrossFit certifications. Drew has also set multiple Powerlifting World Championship Records in multiple federations. Drew believes that a great coach is constantly learning and striving for embetterment and is currently enrolled in Affiliate University's Coaches Development Course. 

Drew has also been featured on CNN, Morning Express with Robin Meade, People Magazine, Business Insider, Fitness Volt, New York Daily News, Business Insider, and was published in The Pro Coach CrossFit.

COACH CALEB

Caleb has been competing in CrossFit since he was 12 years old and is a three-time CrossFit Games athlete. We are proud to have his skills on our coaching staff at Be Strong! After visiting every CrossFit gym in town, he ultimately ended up at Be Strong because the coaching is top notch and the community is even better. He's a big fan of country and worship music while he works out and enjoys the outdoors in his free time.

POWER COACH

COACH DAVE

Dave has been a member of Be Strong since 2016 and shortly after became a Power Coach in 2018. Dave is proud to be a USAPL certified Power Coach, trained in CrossFit conjugate training method, is CrossFit certified in scaling, Masters coaching, and CrossFit judging. 

Dave is married with three adult children and three sweet granddaughters. He enjoys retirement. 

Fun fact: He has built a cedar strip canoe.

COACH ANNA

Anna has been working as a nutrition coach since 2019 after earning her Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. For 7 years, she worked in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer, and has a huge passion for health and wellbeing. She has been a dedicated crossfitter for 2 1/2 years now, and is thrilled to be helping launch the Happy Healthy Strong Nutrition Program for the BeStrong family. Anna’s personal mission is to guide every client to sustainable and healthy lifestyle changes, and to make nutrition simple again. Simplifying nutrition and creating automatic, healthy routines provides you with energy and mental freedom to focus on the things in life you love the most.
