FUN THINGS are happenning at Be Strong this month!
June 1-6th :
Our programming will be highlighting the Competition WODs based off 2026 CrossFit Semi Finals. A fun chance to try out these workouts at your own skill level and pace!
June 3rd:
Retesting Midline Century Mayhem Semi Finals WOD We routinely run these skill and fitness tests as a way to measure our capacity and progress. Our last test was May 1st and the next upcoming retest is scheduled for June 22nd.
June 8th:
You may notice no strength cycles for this week. We will be deloading because during this summer, we are starting a new and exciting Strength Cycle! And by new, we actually mean old school CrossFit style. This is a format many of us have grown to love over the years. We are stepping away from 8-12 week strength cycles for the summer and are stepping into more of a classic approach - the strength movements we do before the wod will also be the same movements found during the wod.This will lead to a better rotation of doing more lifts more often. For gymnastic strength, we will follow the same format providing more gymnastic strength and skill work.
June 18th:
Bring A Friend Day will routinely be structured into each month so there will always be an upcoming opportunity to bring friends to workout with you! These Thursday workouts will always be beginner-friendly for friends who are just starting their fitness journey!
