HAPPY FOURTH!

In observance of the Holiday Weekend, we will have regular class hours on Friday, July 4th and will have class at 7am and 8:30am for a fun Partner Hero WOD on Saturday, July 4th.

Be Strong members are encouraged to take advantage of our 24/7 Open Gym policy for all other hours.

On July 18th, many of our Be Strong members, staff, and coaches will be competing at Battle of the Ballpark. There will be no classes that Saturday - Open Gym only. Come on out and cheer on your fellow gym mates!
