WHY BE STRONG?

Our Be Strong monthly membership includes daily programmed Crossfit and Strength Lifting workouts. These are structured community-style classes led by a skilled coach, alongside fellow athletes. Be Strong members benefit from free access to Sugarwod, a personal fitness app that details each workout prior to coming to class so athletes can prepare, reserve class times, and log personal fitness progress. Be Strong members are also provided with a 24/7 access code for those who prefer more of an Open Gym format. Workouts can also be easily customized for home- gym training.

When you take a class at Be Strong, you can expect to be led by a passionate coach who will bring you through a warm-up, teach appropriate forms and techniques, and help with modifying the workout to meet individual abilities and goals. All you have to do is bring in the hard work!

    You don't have to be fit to join CrossFit, you join CrossFit to become fit! While some movements might seem intimidating, we'll scale the workout appropriately to keep you safe and help your progress.

  • THE FIRST WORKOUT

    For your first class, a coach will meet you at the door, give you a tour of the gym, set you up with all the equipment needed for your workout, and introduce you to a class "buddy" to help show you the ropes. It is important to us that you feel comfortable with all the movements in the workout.
