This is a local community event for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, the St. Jude unites supporters across the country to provide hope and healing for families during their toughest times! Regardless of your pace or path, when you join you're taking steps to cure childhood cancer. This is an incredible opportunity to show your support and push your limits seeing what you’re truly capable of. With your solid foundation of fitness and dedication, you have everything you need to conquer this distance! Remember this is not about the finish time it’s about you finding the finish line while show support to families going through their toughest time!

Be Strong, you have a solid base of fitness and by following this simple program you will be able to complete a Half Marathon in 15 weeks.

Keep getting your WODs 4-5 times a week that will give you 1-2 runs days a week and include one long distance run/walk day each weekend.
